This item is available exclusively for purchase by authorized and verified members of TOWEMS. All orders are subject to membership verification. Harriman Army Navy reserves the right to cancel orders placed by individuals who are not authorized to purchase TOWEMS apparel.
CUSTOMIZATION & PRODUCTION TIME
All polos are customized to order. Please allow a minimum of 2–3 weeks for customization and processing. Production times may be longer during periods of high demand, including holidays and other peak seasons. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
DESIGNATION SELECTION
Please select your correct designation (EMT, EMT-A, Paramedic, or Supervisor) when ordering. Your polo will be customized according to your selection.
SIZING
Men's and Ladies' polos have different fits and sizing. Please review the appropriate manufacturer's size chart before placing your order.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All customized uniform apparel is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun. Please carefully verify your style, size, and designation before submitting your order.
