In Store Policy: We gladly accept returns on regularly priced items that are in it for an exchange or store credits within 30 days of your purchase. All returns require the original receipt. Credits are kept on your account and cannot get lost. They cannot expire. They do not reduce in value over time.
Web Store Return Policy: We gladly accept returns on regularly priced items within 15 business days of your tracked receipt of goods for exchange or store credit. A credit less shipping and handling will be processed immediately. Please make sure to ship the item back with the tracking option.
To Qualify for a return in store or online the item:
- Must be in its original condition with original tags and/or packaging in tact and unopened. for exchange or store credit.
- Must not be a final sale item.
