Our Patch Specialties

  • Custom Embroidered Patches: The gold standard for uniforms. Our high-density stitching ensures crisp borders and vibrant colors, perfect for department shoulders, chest insignias, and hats.

  • Tactical PVC Patches: Waterproof, flexible, and nearly indestructible. Ideal for outdoor crews and first responders who need gear that can withstand the elements without fraying or fading.

  • Sublimated (Printed) Patches: When your design features photographic detail or complex gradients that embroidery can’t capture, sublimation provides a smooth, high-definition finish.

  • Woven Patches: Best for intricate designs with small text. Woven patches use thinner threads to achieve incredible detail without the bulk of traditional embroidery.

Attachment Options to Suit Your Needs

We offer a variety of backing styles to ensure your patches stay exactly where they belong:

  • Sew-On: The most secure, traditional method for long-term wear. Can be removed and replaced. 

  • Iron-On / Heat Seal: This creates a permanent bond and cannot be removed. 

  • Hook & Loop (Velcro): The preferred choice for tactical vests, flight suits, and modular gear.

  • Adhesive: Temporary solutions for events or specific promotional needs.
